Returns and Exchange

Each piece from our collection is specially printed and framed as per your order. Thus, we cannot offer returns or exchanges based on size differences (1 to 2 inches variation is possible from the size indicated on the website).

Quality issues

Though we take extra efforts to reproduce the artwork with utmost precision, the printed colors may vary slightly from the artwork shown on the website as it may appear different on different devices. Metallic colors (like Gold or Silver) are simulation and are reproduced using CMYK inks, unless specified otherwise in specific products.

However, we're always here to help should unique circumstances arise. Please measure the space properly before ordering.

Returns due to defects or damages

If any defects or damages are found and informed to us within 24 hours of delivery, we'll happily replace your product. To report a damage or defect, it is recommended to record a video while unboxing the artwork. Please send relevant pictures and video to our customer care id : info@innomedia.in
Please follow the instructions given by our representatives for packing and shipment of the return. If the instructions are not followed, we may not be able to accept the return and refund would not be possible.

Refunds

In case of returns (only in case of damaged product or serious quality issues), we're pleased to provide you with refund to the original source once the product reaches our warehouse and is verified for the defect.
